Let WANessa manage and send out mail to mailing lists.

Suggested features:

  • Let users to view and enter/leave mailing lists
  • Send mail to her own inbox and use that as source for the mailing list. (eg: identified by a special subject-text).
  • Shedule mails and manually send out text-only mails via Matrix by an authorized admin

Either she will use her own mail server or maybe we could make an mail-agent*in for her, which could live on my server and therefore use my infra. (or: we combine our servers in an hcloud project and share a virtual LAN. My mail servers only allow sending mail from it's own Network and I'd like to keep it that way)
