The email system is currently not configured to use DKIM/DMARC to send emails. This results in email delivery issues.
The issue was previously blocked because the Rocky repos did not provide a non-conflicting version of opendkim.

Update: A fix has been found by enabling the CodeReady Builder (CRB) repo.

A DKIM solution has been implemented but needs further testing. Theoretically, all outgoing mails should be signed and it might even evaluate the signatures from incoming ones...

There was an issue preventing some of the mails to not be signed. This was now hopefully resolved.
