The PatternFly UI library is the same used for Keycloak. Using this library will provide a more consistent design as blobfisch will use SSO provided by Keycloak.

Let's not do this, Tailwind is something I know partially and can work with. Might be a better idea to keep it simple and not roll with yet another unknown for this project

now using tailwind in 585a3b5d0c but needs to implemented correctly using cargo packages or however that will work. this is merely a temporary implementation to get development rolling
