Migrating this issue to instead explore the use of a Jitsi server for the following reasons:
- Jitsi is a very well-developed software
- Jitsi is way more useful and configurable than Nextcloud…
Server is currently running for testing purposes, config not final and db will be erased from time to time

Looks to be a good android client
Since they haven't officially ran a docker build for 1.5, I decided to do it myself: https://hub.docker.com/r/lukaslangrock/mumble I'll be using this image until the official one is available.
Apparently there will be arm64 docker support coming with v1.5. I'll try to see how the rc's run.

Closing this as Abandoned as workload required does not seem worth it.
